Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date your order is received.
Return Eligibility
- Days 1–15: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- Days 16–30: Eligible for store credit or exchange only.
To qualify, returned items must be received by Stellaluna Raine within the applicable return window. The return period begins on the delivery date for online orders or the purchase date for in-store purchases.
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include all tags (if applicable) and proof of purchase.
Holiday Collection Items
Holiday collection merchandise becomes final sale once the holiday has passed.
Items purchased within 24 hours of the holiday may be returned for store credit or exchange within 15 days following the holiday.

We offer three convenient return options for shipped orders:

Refund to Original Payment Method
We can provide a prepaid return label, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund. -
Store Credit
We provide a complimentary prepaid return label. -
Self-Ship Return
We will provide our return mailing address.
Online, Local and in-store purchases may be returned directly to the boutique for processing.
Please note: Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can make it right.
While we carefully inspect every item before shipment, we understand that quality issues may occasionally arise after the return window has expired, particularly with delicate items such as jewelry. If you experience a quality concern, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
- Beauty and personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Items purchased using a gift card may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase.
Sale & Promotional Purchases
Items purchased on sale, with a promotional discount, discount code, or from a holiday collection are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Stellaluna Raine is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our inventory is limited and often sells out quickly, we cannot guarantee availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will gladly issue store credit or process an eligible return.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Price Adjustment Policy
If an item you purchased goes on sale or becomes eligible for a valid promotional code within 7 days of your purchase date, you may request the difference in the form of store credit.
To qualify:
- The exact style, color, and size must still be in stock.
- You must provide a screenshot of the current sale price or promotion.
- Your order number must be included with your request.
